Protocol related to COVID

Food ‘n Route closely follows the guidelines of the Dutch governement and health authority RIVM. Until further notice, the following measures are used:

  • Routes must always be reserved in advance.
  • Participants can only join if they are free of COVID-related complaints.
  • Participants from different households must keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Up to 48 hours in advance you can reschedule the route for free. This can be done by sending an email to hello@foodnroute.nl;

• If you cancel 4 days in advance, no cancellation costs will be charged, in case of tailor-made tours, costs will be charged;

• If canceled 2 or 3 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged;

• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

Liability

Each participant taking part in a route of Food ‘n Route joins at their own risk. If a participant suffers damage or causes damage during the duration of the route, Food ‘n Route cannot be held responsible or liable for this.
